How it works
Send photographs, the property location and a brief description of your planned work. An existing laboratory report is useful too.
You receive an offer. We arrange an appointment, take a sample on site or collect a suitable existing sample by agreement.
We explain the laboratory findings. If remediation is needed, we discuss removal and prepare a separate offer.

A photo may indicate the type and location of a material. It cannot reliably determine whether the sample contains asbestos. Suitable laboratory analysis is required.
Yes. We can arrange professional sampling at the property. If a sample already exists, we first clarify its suitability, origin and packaging, then arrange collection where appropriate.
The indicative price for the first sample with a site appointment, assessment and travel is €297.50 including VAT. Further material samples including laboratory analysis cost €166.60–178.50 each including VAT. We confirm the analysis, travel and scope in an offer before you commission us.
A positive material result does not automatically require every building material to be removed. Its condition, use and planned work need professional assessment. Remediation is discussed separately.
We coordinate investigations and documentation with property managers, contractors and insurers. The scope, commissioning party and documents are agreed in advance. Only an insurer can confirm insurance coverage.
